Derek was recommended to us by a renowned local firm to repair our
tilt/turn locking system.  This work was completed to a very high
standard and in a professional way so much so that we were confident
in requesting that further work was undertaken.  We had been
considering a new front door and following consultation with Derek we
mutually decided upon a Composite, Secure version.  Derek had already
proven to have integrity when we had put forward a suggestion for
other work in our house which Derek persuaded wasn't necessary and the
reasons why.  Based on the high quality and professional standard of
the work and all subsequent dealings with Derek we progressed with the
recommendation for our new door and could not be happier.  Time
keeping, invoice information, on-going communication and installation
were all of the highest standards.  We would highly recommend Derek as
a first class and trustworthy tradesman to family, friends and the
general public.  Five Star Service all round

Misted Condensation Double Glazed Units Windows & Doors (uPVC & Metal)

"What a legend"

I posted on my builder to have a quote given for my blown double glazing units. Within 5 minutes of the job being posted Derek from Delock Systems had replied and could be out at the house the next day to quote. Derek is the nicest friendliest guy you will ever meet and is really easy to discuss plans with, he will also turn up when he says he will and would always text to let me know his eta. He spent an hour at the house measuring up for different quote possibilities that I had requested and supplied this to me a day later. Derek's quote was a lot cheaper than a quote I had received the year previous from another company.

Derek's work was second to none and he worked tirelessly to fit the windows and doors for me. He was always clean and tidy and would wear plastic covers on his shoes when coming inside to protect the carpet. We are so happy about the finish and the workmanship that Derek did that I wish there were other jobs for him to do as he was so reliable unlike others out there.

As you can tell I can't rate Derek high enough and know for sure he will do a great job no matter where he goes.
